We schedule the tastings, help design and finalise the menu, and take full responsibility for liquor and bar service including procurement and licensing. Plates and bottles are counted during the event so the bill you receive is the one you owe.

Why count plates?
Because catering is billed on consumption and nobody else is counting. It is unglamorous and it routinely changes the final invoice.
